What we collect, and what we do not

What we collect

  • Your mobile number, because it is your account. We use it to send verification codes and nothing else.
  • Your email address, only if you give one. It is used to reset your password and for essential account notices.
  • Birth details — date, time and place. These are what a chart is computed from. On this website they are stored in your own browser; they are sent to our server to compute a reading and are saved to your account only if you create a saved profile.
  • Questions you ask the AI astrologer, so that a conversation can follow on from itself.
  • Payment records — what you bought and when. Card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach us.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • We do not have a data broker relationship with anyone. Your birth details are among the most personal facts about you and are treated that way.
  • We do not read your questions for any purpose other than answering them and investigating a fault you have reported.

Who else processes it

  • Razorpay — payments. They receive what is needed to take a payment and are bound by their own policy.
  • Groq — the language model behind the AI astrologer. Your question and the computed chart are sent to generate an answer.
  • 2Factor — delivers verification codes by SMS in India.
  • Google Firebase — delivers push notifications, if you turn them on.
  • Google Analytics — counts page visits so we know which parts of the site are used. It receives the page you are on and nothing else: never your birth details, your questions, or your phone number. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we do not load it at all.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Verification codes expire within minutes. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires us to. Ask us to delete your account and we delete the account, its profiles and its chat history.

Your choices

  • Clear the birth details this browser holds at any time from the kundali page.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by email.
  • Turn off push notifications in your browser or phone settings; nothing else stops working.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.
